I saw Wade on a Zoom call(Tactical Tuesday) back in June, 2026 – he was talking about real estate with Tiffany Casanova of Investor Life. The topic of that call was – Engineering Deals That Others Miss. He’s been in the real estate, for a long time and he talks to you, as a friend would talk to you. I was having a real estate issue, thru a real estate private lending deal and I did ask Wade a question that night about that deal. I contacted him the next day, sent him some information about that deal. A couple of conversations later, some more information exchanged and Wade provided a referral to a good friend of his.
